Dec 24, 2006 Cask (gravity dispense) at The Pembury Tavern, Hackney, November 2006. Amber coloured with a scant head. Light, slightly floral aroma. Reasonably well hopped, with the emphasis on citrus. Supposedly spiced but I can’t say I picked anything up. Light, somewhat watery mouthfeel. Pleasant enough but not very substantial.
