25.4 ounce bottle purchased at Nugget Market in Woodland, CA. On sale for $9.99. Green bottle. Opens with that uncanny smell of DMS and skunked hops from the fucking green bottle. This dissipates to a degree, leaving a bet of an ester aroma. There is a fair amount of peppery spiciness present in the nose of this thing, too. All in all, not an overly striking aroma. Transparent golden body with a fizzy white head that leaves decent lacing. Bright carbonation to start, which becomes a little sweet with some honey notes towards the middle. Banana yeast flavors then come through. Rounds out with a bit of a spicy, herbal finish with some lasting skunky hops and some metallic hop flavors. The green bottle really detracts from this beer. I’ll have to go to the Trappist sometime and have this and re-rate it from the tap.

330ml. bottle from the S.A.Q.. The color is a hazy honey with a thin beige head. The aroma is malty and fruity. The taste also of malt, citrus fruits, spicies and vanilla. This was an excellent triple.

Pours straw yellow, kind of cloudy like a nebula in your glass with a huge foamy head that continues to grow out of the top of the glass. it looks great. The aroma is slightly yeasty, but mostly smells like candy. The flavour is smooth and floral with some citrus notes. It tastes like candy. Very well balanced. A great beer! The best triple I have ever had.

This is good. 300ml bottle served in a tulip. Wheat blonde in color. Slight haze. Massive head of tight bubbles. Sweet belgian aroma. Complex wheat notes. Flavor is sweet wheat. Quite carbonated. Slightly slick mouthfeel with a long, oily finish. I felt like a belgian tonight and this certainly satisfies.

Bottle, 33 cl. Blonde-golden beer with huge white lasting creamy head. Smell is very unique: a fantastic grain smell! However, I drunk this one from a Vondel-glass (similar to the Duvel glass) and there the aroma was less strong than in the Karmeliet-glass. The taste is also great and fantastic: a beautiful full grainy taste in your mouth, with a long and enjoyable finish. Drinking this beer is just relaxing and enjoying the whole time! (Hint: don’t serve it too cold, as is destroys the good taste you have).

Color full gold, with beautiful abundant and persistent head. The aroma is complex, but the touch of fruit prevails. The taste is surely unique where oats, wheat and bowline make the taste spicy and medicinal. The body is velvety and the bitterish end.

I had this after a long day and got a headache immediately after drinking. Not sure why, this beer was decent and sharp. Will try again at a different time.
