| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 15, 2009 33cl bottle. Lemony yellow, firm foamy head leaving tight lacing. Nicely wheaty aroma, soapiness, interesing minty spices and citric fruits. Smooth wheaty flavor, spices, grainy malts, white pepper and hint of alcohol. Strongly carbonated, refreshing lively palate. Probably my favourite Tripel so far, love those witbier notes. IPAGargoyleGuy (139), Troy, NY, New York, USA

Flavor is slightly acidic, with notes of berry and citrus to provide a great balance. Also some subtle hints of hops. Quite carbonated in the mouthfeel. Petrucci914 (598), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
