A beautiful golden amber ale with a super thick white head. A sweet brown sugar and honey aroma, a bit oxidized, with berries and vanilla. In mouth, a sweet vanilla malt with coriander, oily mouthfeel, medium bodied. This bottle is BB17/11/06 and was tasted Dec. 6 2008, so 2 years pasted its prime. Signs of ageing. Sweetness comes out more intense with the Swedish Farmers cheese.

corked 750: Pours a clear gold colour with a massive pillowy white head that fades pretty quickly. Aroma is sweet malt, light honey, lemon and some green apple and grassy tones as well. Flavour was initially quite crisp and fruity, malty sweet. Light peppery spice to it. Some grassy bitterness in the finish. Very tasty and very drinkable.

Huge gusher - about a quarter of the beer. Pours hazy light orange with a massive but fading white heat that is somewhat lacy. Toffee, fruit and spice nose. Medium body and carbonation.
