Aug 28, 2008 750ml Green bottle - nice printed label. White rocky/foamy head - a shade dark of straw color, mild lacing lots of bubbles. Noble hop flavor, spicy but not too strong, smooth, sweetish, honey, low bitterness, warming and strong. A fine beer but a little sweet for my tastes. I liked it better on tap.

Aug 25, 2008 This is extraordinary. Aroma is malt, oranges, apricots, and straw with a touch of spice and hops. A big long lasting head with tight bubbles. Balance is excellent with an incredible mouth feel. flavors of malt and fruit dominate without it being too spicy. A nice lingering sweet finish of fruit complemented by a slight hop flavor and grassy hint. Spices remain in the background as does the alcohol. This is one of my favorite ales period.

Re-rate.
Pours a clear golden colour with a huge head and good carbonation, too bad the head doesn’t last very long.
Strong fruity aroma with some sweet and sour fruits there mixed in with th yeast.
Taste is very pleasant, well balanced flavour of many different sweet fruits with a hint of the alcohol there too.

Aug 19, 2008 This yellow cloudy beer is very suprising its full of flavour and very tasty. Smells like a White Beer but the end is very long fruity, malty and floral. Carbonation is soft, very interesting beer.

Aug 18, 2008 Tap, poured a clear blonde with little to no head. Nice carbonated and dry with some nice spice notes. Finish was also dry with lingering spice flavor and slightly bitter.

Aug 18, 2008 Bottle. Dark golden with a big fluffy white head. Looks fantastic in its own glass. Aroma is malty sweet, fruity, a little yeast. Flavour is malty, sweet and fruity, alcohol warmth. Slight sour finish, lots of carbonation. Very soft mouthfeel. Excellent tripel. Not nearly as good from tap though, which is way too sweet.

Aug 17, 2008 Pours out a brilliant golden orange. Sweet aroma, almost like candy and ripe fruits, apricots maybe. Very sweet flavor topped off by lemony zing. Very balanced and enjoyable, very drinkable due to being very thin in the mouth. Very good Tripel, definitely tasty.
