Bottle. Clear and golden wth reasonable, although short-lived, white head. Beautiful complex aroma with spice, fruit and malt. Smooth mouthfeel, full bodied with good carbonation. The flavour is excellent and quite complex. It starts with some fairly clean fruit and malt tastes and then some spiciness kicks in. The main spiciness is coriander. It ends with a fair amount of hoppy bitterness and alcohol and some very long lingering fruity (banana) notes. Overall an excellent beer and a somewhat unusual tripel; not very complex and with a fairly bitter finish.

0.33L bottle. Small quickly disapearing head, deep darkish golden colour with some sediment at the end. Aroma of fruit smoked meat (maybe bacon) and a touch of malt. Carbonation is extremely strong, almost abrasive. Flavour of peach, melonand cremy vanila with a strong sweet alcoholic presence. Aftertaste is fruity, long and lingering.

A clear yellow colored beer, with a huge white head. The glass for this beer is huge too. The head head disappears quite soon. The aroma has nice coriander, spices, malts and some fruit. The taste is malty too, sweet with nice fruits and malty tones. It’s not to complex beer, but very tasteful.

Good, strong flower smell. There is a great fruit taste on the back end of the flavor. Good aftertaste but leaves quickly.

Poured a light hazy straw gold with a very thick and profuse, creamy, off white head. The aroma was sweet and sharp, some spice, not as up front as expected. The flavor was spicy, warm from alcohol, dry hopped it seemed.

nice aroma of spice and pineapple. Pour is a bit disappointing with large bubbles and thin head. Flavour is great, range of fruits and some breadiness that finishes with a long bitter finish. Very good beer indeed, the alcohol does not interfere on the flavour profile.

Poured a hazy golden yellow tone with fierce carbonation and a densely packed creamy white head that lasted throughout. The nose was well spiced and sported a wheaty maltiness overlaid with tropical fruits, lemon zest and a peppery spiciness. The taste started with white bread maltiness and wispy yeast notes. A great blend of fruity sweetness like apple, papaya and mango counter the bold spiciness highlighted by the flavors of lemon zest and white pepper balancing it nicely. Zippy hops pop in the finish with a surge of alcohol for good measure. The feel was medium/full bodied with a nice velvety texture. This is a tripel’s tripel, a masterful blending of characters that make it dangerously quaffable. One of the finest examples of the style.
