Pours out a nice cloudy brown color with a huge beige head. Aroma is very yeasty. Flavor is super. Has a large amount of yeast in it and a sweet finish. Very nicly done.

Jan 9, 2009 On Tap at NachtBar. Not a big fan of this style but this stuff was very impressive. It had an awesome glass too! It was a hazy golden yellowish color with a white head that held pretty well. Don’t have many notes on flavor and aroma, but I certainly recommend this brew.

Jan 9, 2009 1/5/09 notes: on tap, Wurstkuche in LA. Pours orange gold with a fluffy head. Aroma of wheat, sugar and candied fruit. Flavor strongly reminiscent of apple cider vinegar. Overall, this was a tasty beer, but I tried it side-by-side with Gouden Carolus Triple, and found the latter more complex and balanced. Great brew nonetheless.

Jan 8, 2009 750 mL. Pours a beautiful cloudy blonde with a two-finger white head that has great retention. Lasts and lasts. Aroma is at first citrus, flowers, floral hops, vanilla and maybe a hint of macro lager graininess. Taste is nicely carbonated and fizzy upfront with nicely balanced flavor of floral hops, coriander, whipped cream, white grapes, and Belgian yeast. Lots of candied fruits. Nice clean and crisp finish. Awesome. Best tripel I have had to date.

Jan 4, 2009 Pour is a clear gold with a big fluffy white head. Lots of carbonation. Nose is fruity yeast, straw, and spices. Flavor is crisp, clean, and very nice. Much like the smell. A quality brew.

Jan 2, 2009 Poured golden with a nice big head. Citrus aroma with some spices. Soem fruitiness, but not too sweet. Smooth and enjoyable.
