Pours gold with a small white head. Smells of sweet wheat. Tastes watery and earthy with a touch of citrus on the finish.

Clean golden pour with creamy white head and lace. A bit sour with semi sweet malt and paper. Earthy hops, malt, perfume, with a dry finish. A tad foamy on the palate.

Very Malty. This is a beer that you could drink all night. Great golden/copper color, with decent head retention. There was no bitter aftertaste, as the hop profile was very low, which seemed appropriate for the beer. The smell was a very pleasant, subtle aroma, which made me think of baked cookies. Usually, I don’t particularly like the words "wheat" or "cream" in my beer, but I would drink this again. A beer does not have to have to have more than 50 IBU’s or have a higher gravity than 1.060 to be good... and this beer proved it.

[Draft @ brewpub] Poured a golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of toast, and husky, grainy malts, and some cereal. Taste of toffee, some metal corn, toffee, and grassy hops.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Thin rings of lacing. Malt, wheat and yeast in the nose. Light-bodied with a wheaty character and flavors of pale malt and yeast. The finish is soft and wheaty with some lingering fruit aftertaste. Unmemorable overall.

Draught at brewpub. Clear yellow colour with a small white head. Strange aroma of dusty chalk and nothing else. Bland flavour with lots of meal.
