Draft at brewpub. Grainy with only a bit of fruitiness. Very mild and somewhat watery.

clear yellow, fine bright white head, sweet mango aroma, lots of strong mango flavor, surprisingly well balanced with only a hint of sweetness, light bitter finish, well done, much better than expected, but one is enough

The appearance of this beer is a transparent amber and it posseses a cream colored head. There is some very pronounced lacing that creeps down the inside of the glass. The aroma is wholly dominated by mangos with some hoppy undertones. A good smell if you like mangos. The flavor is sweet and once again dominated by mangos throughout, though it is not overly sweet. The hops is well place in the beer, aromatic but not overly bitter. The palate was a bit thin for my taste, but considering it’s a light beer this is most likely a good thing., as a heavy beer might not be considered "refreshing". An excellent beer, though not the best.
