| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 20, 2008 Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear amber-gold color with a medium thin light beige head that diminishes slowly. Large band of lace at the top of the glass with spots underneath. Aroma of hops and citrus, plus a touch of sweet malt. Medium-bodied and moderately hoppy with notes of citrus and pine. Sweet malt is present in the background as well. The finish is hoppy with a bitterness that lingers a bit. Overall this is a decent and inoffensive APA, which is probably about the best you can hope for in a casino brewpub. grimreeser (797), Minnesota, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 2, 2008 Draught at the brew pub. Surprisingly well done pale ale. Ours a nice hazy golden colour with a white head and medium lacing. Aroma of sweet grapefruit hops. Nice fruity/+hoppy flavour makes it very easy drinking with no harsh bitterness. jcwattsrugger (5525), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

Aroma is citrus/metallic/pine hops (cascade, ______, English-EKG?) medium malt. Taste is citrus/metallic/pine hops-some bitterness (cascade, ______, English-EKG?), secondary medium malt. OK carbonation. [OK so its 100% centennial this batch, usually centennial/cascade.] unclemattie (2422), Georgia, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 2, 2007 The biggest sampler tray I have ever seen-- all half pints! Slightly orange-gold, bursting with aromas of lychee and citrus. Resious. Clean malts, smooth, hop-loaded and delicious! An interesting lemongrass note in the finish. Very well made. kp (8396), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

clear yellow, nice white head, big sweet hoppy citrus, aroma, nice hop flavor, lots of grapefruit character, the perfect touch of sweetness, light lingering bitter finish, boldness wanes after first couple of swallows, needs more investigation
upon closer inspection consisting of several (expensive) pints while playing pai-gow, it was detirmined that this is indeed a world class beer wih balanced malt sweetness and big citrus hop flavor that stands up pint after pint
