Dec 24, 2006 Cask (gravity dispense), Reading Beer Festival, April 2006. Quite dark ruby colour. Chewy, fruity malt in the aroma. Treacle and toffee on the palate with enough robust bitter hops to provide excellent balance. Firm mouthfeel and full body. A nicely brewed ale.
