Sep 18, 2005 (draft under the name IPAX) Cloudy amber body with a white head. Aroma is medium sweet, herbal, caramel, some mint. Taste is medium sweet, herbal, caramel, some mint. Good bite with good balance. Fairly clean medium body.

Aug 21, 2003 Light gold color. Large head. Aroma is hoppy and floral. A medium to lighter bodied IPA. Malts are fruity and slightly sweet. Hops are grapefruity and slightly spicy. Nicely balanced. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is bitter.
