Another good reason why Cascades are some of my favorites hops!! Clean tasting, good session beer - good balance, well made.

Draft, at Philly Brewpub. Poured deep brown-amber, with a moderate sized tan head. Aroma is primarily sweet malt, with some citric hops. Caramel malt flavor, with a good dose of cascade bitterness towards the finish.

Sample at the Princeton location: This beer pours a clear orangish-amber color with a medium thin light beige head that has fair retention. Thin rings of lacing. The aroma is mostly malty with some bread and floral hops. Medium, smooth body with a nice sweet malty character. The sweetness is imbued with an earthiness and woodiness that prevents it from becoming one-dimensional. Caramel and hops are present as well. The finish is clean and toasty with a lingering malt. Rather than going the safe Killian’s route as many brewpubs do, this beer is both flavorful and drinkable.

Thin lacy head on a RED beer. Perfumy aroma. Medium sweet, woody, medium hopping, oily mouth. Woody finish with bittering kicking in on the back of the tongue. Vacant at times. Missing something.

Tap @ Triumph Philly. Poured a hazy deep amber color. Citrusy hop aroma and flavor of mostly grapefruit with a malty base. Some earthy notes. The flavor was a mix of malt and hops with a nice hop finish. Mild to moderately bitter.
