Clear medium amber in color, this beer exhibits constant and remarkable lacing qualities. Leafy, weedy hops accompanied by biscuity malts fill a foamy, highly citric and grapefruity palate. A faint earthiness joins in, but the malts aren’t strong enough to support those all-out inelegant hops. Light bodied, bitter, dry and moderately high carbonation.

On tap at Triumph in New Hope. Pours a clear amber with a slightly off-white head. Slightly sweet taste with citrus and light caramel coming through. Very pleasant amber ale.

Pours a lighter amber with an average off white head. Picking up orange in the aroma and some floral, nice hop aroma. Very smooth with a sweat malty taste coming through balanced nicely with the hops.

New Hope location. Bright, clear amber body with a velvety beige head. Distinct, citrusy hoppy nose, like a pale ale, plus a nice crystal malt foundation with brown sugar notes. Earthy and pleasant. Appealing flavor of rich crystal malt with a subtle toastiness and a touch of cinnamon spice. Flavorful but restrained and not excessively sweet. Nice dextrinous body. Very good, well-rounded amber. This was a pleasant surprise and not your run-of-the-mill amber ale.

On tap at Princeton BP. Light clear amber color with a small white head. Nice hoppy aroma with some malt and citrus as well. Well balanced ale. Citrus hops on first sip followed by a nice malty backbone. Very drinkable.

Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Earthy, caramel malts, and citrus hoppiness in the nose. Taste of caramel malts, nuts, lots of cascade hops, and no alcohol to be found. A really nice amber, might be the best new one I had today in New Hope.

Sampled on tap in Princeton. Not a bad beer, but it was lacking in aroma and flavor. Descent overall brew. I had this again and was much more impressed. Aroma had peach and citrus hops plus a touch of caramel. A little weak though. The taste had the same things and it as enjoyable. However the hops were a bit overdone. I was pleased though.

On tap, in Princeton. Amber/ruby color. Light malt and hops in the aroma. Flavor also subtle hops and malt. This doesn’t go far enough into the style. It should be more flavorful.
