On tap, in Princeton. Amber/ruby color. Light malt and hops in the aroma. Flavor also subtle hops and malt. This doesn’t go far enough into the style. It should be more flavorful.

Had on draft at the Princeton location. Very smooth ale. Not overly hoppy like most ales. I had a couple pints to go alond with my Portobello Mushroom sandwich and they went very well with each other. Perfectly amber in color, light head, and easy finish.

Pours reddish-gold with a long lasting white head. Fairly hoppy with a touch of citrus flavor. A god drinking beer to accompany the excellent meal they served with it.

On tap at the brewpub in Princeton. Pure amber coloring with a small white head. This had a great balance that I always look for in ambers. Very drinkable.

Fruity hops, citrus oil, caramelized sugar. Reddish amber clear with light tan lacing head. Watery with light-medium carbonation. Starts fruity and acidic, light sweet ozone and copper. Finish is caramel and bitter hops. Nice hoppy after.
