Tap in Princeton. Poured golden with a thick white head. Casade hops, citrus, graitfruit and caramel are in the aroma and tastes. Palate was good but a little watery. This was nice, just a bit one dimensional.

Over the top hops from Triumph Princeton! About time that things got extreme in NJ. Shovels full of Cascade and amarillo hit you in the nose and continue in the drinking of this fine beverage. It may be a bit one sided from a hops standpoint, but from my angle its a wonderful thing. Not every beer needs balance, and if you are going to go overboard I say hops are the best way to go. I hope they continue this trend of over the top brews in Princeton, they certainly have the brewer to impress at every batch. Gimme more!
