Amber colored brew. Hoppy aroma. Flavor: mild, hoppy, smooth.
Nice one. Prcaus (159), New Jersey, USA Jul 15, 2007 Draft Olde City Triumph in Philadelphia, PA- Pours a brown-amber coloring with approximately 1 inch of head. Aroma is hopfilled, and a nice amount of malt is easy to detect. Flavor is good a medium to strong. Very enjoyable. Good atmosphere... odd bathrooms. gallagwar (30), USA Dec 23, 2006 Excellent IPA. Very nice color and aroma. I’ve walked out of the Princeton Triumph numerous times with a growler full of their fine IPA. jcwattsrugger (5223), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Oct 15, 2006 on tap-pours a rocky offwhite head that laces with copper color. Aroma is citrus hops-grapefruit rinds, faint medium malt. Taste is lots of citrus hops-grapefruit rinds, musty, faint medium malt. Finish is raw, dry hops. OK carbonation.
