@New Hope-Apple Tippel-because ‘Abbey Tripel aged in Apple Jack brandy barrel’ won’t fit on most labels-firkin-pours a thin white head and cloudy gold color. Aroma is strong Apple Jack brandy, malty-sweet, yeast. Taste is alcohol, strong Apple Jack brandy, malty-sweet, yeast. Good effervescence. Big. Occasional.
