Oct 27, 2007 Sample at the Princeton location: This beer is a clear golden-amber color with a medium thin ivory white head that has good staying power. Patchwork lacing on the glass. Moderately hoppy aroma with touches of citrus and pine. Medium-bodied and crisp and somewhat hoppy. Some pine and malt in the flavor. The finish is dry with grapefruit and hops flavor that lingers a bit. Straightforward and above average overall.

Oct 21, 2007 Sampled at the Newtown Brewfest 07 with Stegosaurus. Coppery pour with piney/citrus aroma. Sweet malt hoppy flavor. It was ok for me.

Sep 18, 2007 Bright, pinky-orange in the dark bar. Typical APA aroma, except it may be a bit more sweet and floral, with some cakey notes. Dry, acidic hoppy, medium light woody astringency. Medium light body. I was going to say well done, but I caught some off sulphur and seafood aromas at the end of the glass.

Aug 29, 2007 Tap @ Triumph Philly. Poured a hazy dark copper color with an off-white head. The aoma was hop forward with eathy and citrus notes and a malty base. Big citrus flavor with a growing bitterness and a fairly long dry finish. Light to medium bodied with good hop burps.

Aug 13, 2007 Draft-Triumph Brewery Philadelphia, PA. Pours a dark coppery coloring, with a inch of head per their tenders. Surprisingly thick/strong lacing. Medium bodied, with a little too much carbonation for my liking. Carmel/citrus flavoring comes to the front. Not as hoppy as most IPA’s.

Jul 13, 2007 Growler courtesy of hopdog - Pours a bright, clear copper color with a one and a half finger thick off white head. Thick lacing. Light, tiny bubble carbonation. Aroma is light floral hops and light malt. Flavor is light caramel malt. Medium body. An easy drinking IPA, but lacks the big hop character that you normally find in IPA’s. Thanks Steve.

Jun 28, 2007 Draught in Princeton. Clear amber / copper with a creamy lacing white head. Weak aroma. Taste is big toffee and faint floral hops, huge caramel and light chocolate. Light citric end. Full body, with restrained hoppiness, really enjoyable drinking. Dry, slightly gritty aftertaste. Really a pleasant everyday IPA.
