Nov 11, 2006 Draught @ New Hope. Light Golden color with medium head. Piney-citrus aroma. Taste is nice, hoppy, with some sweet malt flavor. Hop flavor/feel starts out nice, but fades quickly. Average IPA - fresh, but nothing special. They could do alot to improve this one.

Oct 14, 2006 draft at the brewery. Decent aroma and appearance with a nice head to it. Flavor is good and well balanced but not as hoppy as I like an IPA to be.

Sep 25, 2006 This batch had it goin on (Princeton location). Light amber, creamy white head. Nose was piney and pink grapefruit-like, with softer touches of fuzzy fruit and caramel. Good up front hop bitterness with just slight hints of sweet malt in the end. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Real nice session IPA...

Aug 20, 2006 On tap - NHope. Funky odd aroma. translucent golden amber with tight lacing. funky faint hop barn aroma. IPA metal hops, bitter, not much sweet. grapefruit. some bitter finish. lemon apple. mismatch of hops and malt, wrong hop mix or infusion procedure, or something else makes this a quite mediocre IPA to my palate.

Jun 18, 2006 Draft at Princeton. Nice gold color with a solid, 5 minute head. Not much in the aroma except a faint amount of citrus. Taste is dry hops and too sweet malts. Not very good.

Apr 27, 2006 Updated: Sep 28, 2006RERATE 9-28-06. Draft at Princetone, and I must say this is far better than the sample I had a few months back. Pours amber with a frothy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, and hop cones. Nice pale malt backbone to the hop bitterness, which is fruity and grassy. Soft carbonation. Some dryness on the finish. This is like a harvest ale. I wonder if this recipe has changed, or that I just had a fresh sample. Because the first one I had was a 3.2. This is far better.

Apr 25, 2006 Sampled at New Hope location. Pours copper with a decent white head. Aroma of citrus and hops. Flavor is sweet with a hoppy bitter finish. I am not a fan of IPA beers, but this isnt bad.

Mar 25, 2006 4 oz taster. aroma is slight citrus and earthy, taste is with slight bitterness up front, a good malt backbone, and slightly bitter finish. A very drinkable IPA.
