Excellent example of AIPA with great hop aromatics, flavor, and bittereness. Pours to a beautiful, slightly hazy, deep golden color, with a thick white head, and a good bit of carbonation. The nose is excellent with a pungent burst, of lemon/citrus hop aroma. Hops dominate the nose. The palate is firm with lots of good pale, and biscuity malt flavor, paired with a nice under tone of candied lemon peel hop flavor. This beer finishes with more good pale malt and candied hop flavors up front, then ends with a zesty citrus/lemon hop bitterness that lingers. Excellent AIPA with lots of flavor but still a very drinkable beer. Probiere (992), Iowa, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 31, 2006 Fresh orangey-resin coupled with a juicy fruity beginning harnessing melon and tangerin all the way through to the piney-floral end. This’ll certainly be slammed for not being hoppy enough, but I liked it. jcwattsrugger (5563), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 12, 2005 Soapy, floral, grapefruit hop nose. Clear golden body is topped by a low but lasting white head that recedes to cover with very nice lacing. Floral, grapefruit, lavender hop flavour with assertive and well balanced bitterness. Very fruity and floral in character. Dry well attenuated medium body with moderate carbonation. Sampled on tap at the Pennsylvania location of the brewpub with beerbuzzmontreal, MartinT, Rastacouere and Yowie. euserphriendly (163), Holland, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 13, 2005 Nice color and clarity, average head retention. The hops are just a touch too little for an IPA. Decent mouthfeel and body. Dickinsonbeer (3496), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 1, 2005 Updated: Aug 4, 2007Re-rate. New Hope. First rating a couple years ago was 2.8. It seems that everytime I try this, it gets better. Pours a nicie deep copper with a fluffy long lasting head and nice lace. Aroma is tons of tea-hops with hints of citrus american hops- some hints of pine and citrus now. Good fruity, tea and herbal hop flavor with a fresh pale malt backbone- nice bitter yet clean hop profile in the end. Really nice solid american- english IPA. Way better than it used to be. jdjuice (203), Japan
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 22, 2005 Princeton. Golden color with white head. Kind of weak hop flavor at first taste, then a very dominant citrus flavor takes over. The citrus flavor plays well with the hops. Doesn’t particularly succeed as an IPA in my book, but a pleasant beer to drink ignoring the name. beerbuzzmontreal (2921), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
