| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 3, 2008 Tap at Philly brewpub. Clear amber/orange with a smallish head. Taste was caramel malts, brown sugar and some cherry and plum fruits. Spicy hops seemed to really pick this beer up. I thought the alcohol was well hidden, but some people (like the bartender) disagreed. Still, it’s a winner. keepersj12 (825), Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA
