Congrats on 1000!! (I know its late, just reviewing my notes) I didnt realize how much I liked blondes until now :) Yellow-orange in color, more on the yellow side. Slight hints of honeysuckle. The alcohol is dangerous, sneaks in at the finish. Great beer.

Had this at the New Hope brewery. Great band that night too. Rock Hall. A very good brew. Deceptively malty, with just a touch of hops. Golden yellow in color with a sluffy foamy head.

Had this at the Princeton Triumph. Yellow orangy in color. Malty aroma. Lingering malt flavor. Pretty good. Little fruityness to it. Good.

Tap at Philly brewpub. Clear amber/orange with a smallish head. Taste was caramel malts, brown sugar and some cherry and plum fruits. Spicy hops seemed to really pick this beer up. I thought the alcohol was well hidden, but some people (like the bartender) disagreed. Still, it’s a winner.

On tap at the Philly location. Nice amber-gold color with a medium head. Aroma is a nice sweet toasty-malt that has some light fruit in there. Flavor is a sweet, bready, fruit mix with a bit of hops in there. Nice feel. Pretty good D-Bock.

On tap at the Downtown Philly location. Poured a deep golden color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of bread, toasted malts, and fruity. Tastes of fruitiness, toasted bread, and caramel. Light alcohol in the finish.
