On draft at the Philly location. The pour was amber colored, full sized head typical for the style, good lacing too. The aroma was citrusey hops with some resinous notes. The base beer may have had some fruity elements associated with the aroma, but hard to tell with the citrus there. The flavor followed the aroma, earthy bitter and slightly citrus Euro-hop type of presentation. Slight caramel and fruity ester malty base. Clean, well-carbonated, pretty good drinker - yet unexciting, as this brewer proved to me over several brews, pretty vanilla.

Tap at Philadelphia location. Hazy golden amber beer. The aroma is loaded with rich pine resin. Nice orangey citrus as well over a lean pale maltiness. Flavour is also loaded with hops. More orange peel and a bit of grapefruit but substantially less resinousness than I typically associate with this hop. Soft bitterness and a lingering fruity/floral character. It’s got a zesty/floral character that I usually associate with noble hops. Solid IPA

Draft at the brewpub. Pours orange with a white head. Sweet hoppy aroma, with citric and floral notes. The flavor is a bit too balanced. Citric/floral hops accompanied by sweet caramel malt. It’s good, but I was a bit disappointed by this one.

First rating on this guy i guess. On tap at Philly location. Pour is hazy amber/gold with a frothy egg shell white head. Aromas of floral hops, soap, sweet malts, and resin. Flavor is resin, soap, piney hops, and some citrus. Very drinkable and full brew.
