(Draught) Pours a clear golden amber body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of earthiness and sweet fruit. Flavor of sweet raspberries and noticeable alcohol with a dry finish.

@Princeton -on tap-pours a white ring for a head and deep pink grapefruit color. Aroma is raspberry, secondary musty wheat. Taste is raspberry-some sweet and lemon-some tart and tang. Good effervescence. Alcohol comes through slightly. Nice, lighter in style.

A very sad state of affairs with this beer, had it on tap at the philly location and it was the special brewer’s reserve keg (later found out it was brewed in Princeton). Pours rich orangey with a 1 finger tan head. Nose is tart, subtle razzyness. Taste at firs twas tart with a strange candy razz thing, but it really was dyacetal infected which came out big in the end and screwed the beer up for me. I told the bar tender and hopefully something will happen because it ruined this beer.

20070422 Snifter at Princeton joint. Pink. Vigorously effy. Opaque. Lots of fruit, light cracker malts, mild alcohol in background. Overall nice stuff. Not too sweet but really not tart at all. Dry finish. Alcohol emerges with temp. Sublime aroma. Brought a growler home.

A strawberry/orange hue with bubbly head and lace. Very sour tart berry aroma. Sweet berry, cloying nice sweet finish. A tad thin and bubbly but overall a beer I like alot.

on tap in Princeton. Hazy pink/red in color. Aroma is earthy and tart fruit, light malts and a touch of vanilla in the background. Taste is alot of rasberries, slightly tart. The rasberry is very natural tasting, with a nice tangy finish. I couldn’t believe this beer is over 9 %, some alcohol warm in the finish but otherwise undetectable.

Draft @ Triumph Philly. This one has some nice red color with a bit of tart raspberry in the nose. Flavor is light and fruity. Not bad, just not all that memorable.

Tap. Yellow amber color. Very dry. Low aroma with some raspberry. No sourness.
