on tap in Princeton. Hazy pink/red in color. Aroma is earthy and tart fruit, light malts and a touch of vanilla in the background. Taste is alot of rasberries, slightly tart. The rasberry is very natural tasting, with a nice tangy finish. I couldn’t believe this beer is over 9 %, some alcohol warm in the finish but otherwise undetectable.

A strawberry/orange hue with bubbly head and lace. Very sour tart berry aroma. Sweet berry, cloying nice sweet finish. A tad thin and bubbly but overall a beer I like alot.

20070422 Snifter at Princeton joint. Pink. Vigorously effy. Opaque. Lots of fruit, light cracker malts, mild alcohol in background. Overall nice stuff. Not too sweet but really not tart at all. Dry finish. Alcohol emerges with temp. Sublime aroma. Brought a growler home.

This is the way I like fruit beers. A wonderful raspberry aroma but just a hint in the flavor. Slightly tart with a dry finish. Very nice reddish color.

Growler from Princeton. Pour is a hazy pink/red with a fluffy lighter pink/white head. Aromas of raspberries, slight tart fruit, and slight alcohol. Flavor is light with raspberries, minimal sourness, and finishing smooth and full. This was listed as 8.6% abv on the board. The alcohol was barely noticeable in this one.

Draft at the Princeton brewery. It was pale red and cloudy. It was pale red and cloudy. It had a strong flavored, sour fruit taste. Some sediment left in the glass. It was pleasanr, an excellent representative of the style.

@Princeton -on tap-pours a white ring for a head and deep pink grapefruit color. Aroma is raspberry, secondary musty wheat. Taste is raspberry-some sweet and lemon-some tart and tang. Good effervescence. Alcohol comes through slightly. Nice, lighter in style.

Wonderful color, aromas of real raspberry (not jolly rancher), slight sour grain. Surprising on the ABV, only a hint in the finish. Felt a little one dimensional, overall a fine beer
