Pale gold and crystal clear topped by a one finger, tight-white head. The hops came in first followed by a light malt flavor, not quite balanced, and then a lingering hop finish. The head had staying power.

Light golden color with a medium fizzy head. Aroma is nice and malty with some grass, sweet pils malt, and a nice hop bitterness. Taste has a nicely hopped flavor to go with a crisp & smooth finish. Well done.

something about a crisp pilsener on a hot summer day. decent bitterness countered by decent maltiness. i find a well crafted pils like this just as enjoyable as a good ipa.

On tap at the New Hope location. Poured a medium straw color with a smaller sized white head. Araoms of grass and citrus. Tastes of grass, citrus with a light honey sweetness. Nice grassy finish. Light lacing left on the glass. Not my favorite style, but I found this one to be quite drinkable.

New Hope location. Clear, deep straw body with a collapsing sudsy white head. Rich continental pils malt aroma with melon and citrus tones plus some light hay. Good pils malt flavor with lemony highlights and a lightly numbing, antiseptic finish. Clean, well-lagered character overall. Nice, smooth, quenching mouthfeel. A solid brewpub pilsner.

draft at the brewpub. My real complaint with this was that I got it served in a pint glass and that did nothing to the aroma and appearnce of a pilsner. Pretty good taste and well balanced. Very crisp and smooth.

on tap in New Hope. Clear light amber with a medium off white head. Aroma is of hops, some DMS I think and malts. Taste is bready and dry malts, with a crisp dry hop finish.

Tap @ Princeton. Pours a nice pale gold with lively carbonation and a tight white head. Aroma had slight hints of both dms and diacetyl, but those took a backseat to the bready pils malts and light noble hop aroma- slightly fruity as well. Flavor was light with more pils malt, fresh baked bread, and crisp with a nice bitter hoppy finish. Pretty smooth overall. Nice and easy to drink.
