| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 16, 2006 Tap @ Princeton. Pours a nice pale gold with lively carbonation and a tight white head. Aroma had slight hints of both dms and diacetyl, but those took a backseat to the bready pils malts and light noble hop aroma- slightly fruity as well. Flavor was light with more pils malt, fresh baked bread, and crisp with a nice bitter hoppy finish. Pretty smooth overall. Nice and easy to drink. TomDecapolis (3195), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA

Rich and bright golden color under ample, lasting, and stickily lacing white head. Lush and coating palate full of cracker and grass. Full of crackin hops. Smart and cleansing drink with the grilled ham and cheese they’re trying to pass off as a cubano sandwich. Loses it’s body quickly as it approaches room temp. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA

Rich continental pils malt aroma with melon and citrus tones plus some light hay. Good pils malt flavor with lemony highlights and a lightly numbing, antiseptic finish. Clean, well-lagered character overall. Nice, smooth, quenching mouthfeel. A solid brewpub pilsner.
