Growler from Princeton! Pours an insanely cloudy opaque golden yellow- light creamsickle color with a massive tight white head and really good lace. Aroma has a nice salty yeastiness to it- light on the coriander which is great, yeasty doughines, wheat malt, cracker, cream of wheat, play-dough and fresh sea foam at the ocean. As it warms some sulfury german yeast character comes through. Flavor is doughy, crackery wheat malts, light citrusy and grassy coriander, almost orange peel like, with a light salt character, lemon juice and a light tartness in the finish- body is smooth and overall is very refreshing. Great interpretation on the style- Id say better than Dollnitzer Ritterguts even, and is considerably better than Bayerishe Bahnhof. Cheers to Triumph for making a crazy awesome rare style!

Aug 25, 2008 @Princeton Gose–on tap-pours a white head and cloudy orange color. Aroma is banana, wheat, nice. Taste is creamy banana, wheat, nice, some tart lemon/grassy hops, pepper, yeast.

Aug 11, 2008 Growler shared by willblake at BCTC. Poured hazy orange in color with a small white head. Aroma of coriander, fruity esters, cloves, and wheat. Tastes of coriander, tropical fruits, cloves, with a bit of mild saltiness. Very drinkable and refreshing. Only my 2nd Gose, but for the style, I enjoyed it.

Aug 4, 2008 Poured a murky golden yellow color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of banana, clove, wheat, and a bit of citrus. Taste of more banana, clove, tart citrus fruits, grains, and a faint gritty saltiness in the finish. Thanks to willblake for sharing!
