| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 18, 2007 I have never had anything like this. In what style do I rate it? It had a dark red hue in the glass and a creamy tan head. No sampler I drank a full pint. My first reaction was sweet. The sweet, full bodied flavor was followed by a tinny aftertaste. It’s different, but it’s good. I’ll drink another pint next time I hit Princeton. RiverHorse (454), New Jersey, USA

To clarify here...I am a big hop head so this beer really suffers. The beer pours a dark amber color with no head. To me, this beer smells like someone poured a cheap wine into a tub of Vicks Vapor Rub. The only scent that I got on the nose was menthaliptus. After reading a few of the reviews on this, maybe I am off here...but I just don’t get this beer. Unhopped? Sorry guys and gals...the only thing that this beer is good for would be to clear up a stuffy nose, or to rub on your chest if you have a cold. njdsk (2), Neshanic Station, New Jersey, USA does not count | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 2, 2005 I had this beer as part of the 7 beer sampler.
