Pours a nice slightly cloudy yellow/gold with a nice long lasting pure white head and great lace. Aroma is mixed beautifully with all the best parts of a hefe- spicy clove-like phenols and vanilla with estery banana and lots of sweet wheat malts. Flavor is well rounded with moderate yeast character, sweet malts, and a spicy phenolic and light hoppy bitter finish. Very smooth overall, and very easy to drink. Well done.
