Full banana on the flavor, which is kind of a good sign that these guys maybe sort of know what to do here. Nice robust and earthy profile. Full body feel on the mouth. Smooth carbonation. Overall very drinkable. Just a nice robust hefe.

They did a really amazing job with this one. Banana and citrus notes. wnhay (722), Princeton, New Jersey, USA

Good cloudy yellow with a creamy white head. The aroma had vanilla and banana plus a tarty lemon. The taste had cloves, banana and lemon. Good tartness in the finish. Certainly one of the best Hefeweizens I’ve had. Dickinsonbeer (3558), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA

Pours a nice slightly cloudy yellow/gold with a nice long lasting pure white head and great lace. Aroma is mixed beautifully with all the best parts of a hefe- spicy clove-like phenols and vanilla with estery banana and lots of sweet wheat malts. Flavor is well rounded with moderate yeast character, sweet malts, and a spicy phenolic and light hoppy bitter finish. Very smooth overall, and very easy to drink. Well done. Banana notes, esters with some light lemon grass and citrus. Wheat, some sweet pear tones, and a sweeter earth finish. Good stuff. Cornboy (418), Eastampton, New Jersey, USA

Pretty heavy bodied, more than any hefe I have had but it works well. This one grew on me as I finished the pint, then another. Nothing that hasnt been said, banana, clove, etc. One of my favorite hefe’s. jimmack (1221), Nutley, New Jersey, USA

Nice aroma of banana, clove and wheat. Refreshing flavor of wheat, cloves and citrus. Really hit the spot on a very hot, humid day.
