Not enough off a body for me, slightly on the thin side. Not much of a finish either, it just kinds of fades away. Nate (2552), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Aug 17, 2004 Light grainy hop aroma, weak malts. Golden yellow clear with thin white lacing head. Light bodied with light medium carbonation. Starts with good hops, light acidity. Good malt balance, grains. Overall watery. Light hop finish and muted bitter finish. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 16, 2004 This was pretty good, light and hoppy. But I will agree with the previous rating that it wasn’t outstanding. Still nice to drink regardless freekyp (900), Thomasville, North Carolina, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Aug 9, 2004 Decent, but not oustanding helles. Chalky palate ruined this for me. With excellent maltiness and a slightly tart middle, this deep golden brew was haunted by a brittle chalky finish. Otherwise, excellent. Cornboy (417), Eastampton, New Jersey, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 31, 2004 Another good beer from Triumph. I am normally not a fan of lighter beers. This one had a nice slightly floral nose. Golden in color with very little head.
No lacing at all.
Taste is similar to a pilsner, but with sweet undertones of honeydew. A tiny bit of bitterness in the finish. Nice session beer. mkobes (2104), paramus, New Jersey, USA
