@ Philly-on tap-pours a retaining foamy white head and gold color. Aroma is mild grain/light malt, secondary light spicy hops. Taste is light malt-some sweetness, some flat/earthy hops. Occasional. OK/mild carbonation.

Tap @ Triumph Philly. Poured a clear dark gold color with a white head. The aroma was malty with some caramel notes. The malty flavor had light toasty notes. The finish was malty and semi-sweet.

Draft. Pours a golden body with a thin white head. Malty with earth tones, light fruit esters, simple and session-able. Decent ale.

Update from New Hope. Sulphur on this batch was non-existant and was pleasantly malty and light noble hops all around. Great Helles. Tap at New Hope. Pours a nice clear medium gold with a nice lasting white head and good lace. Aroma is initially slight sulfur whihc turned me off to this beer but after a while it went away and gave way to a nice bready pils malt and light herbal and earthy noble hops. Flavor is moslty pils malt, the body isnt as fulll as it should be- a bit of hoppiness, but the body just wasnt up to par for a great Helles. Nice easy drinking lager though.

On tap at the New Hope location. Pours a lightly hazy golden with a bubbly/creamy white head that left spotty lacing. Aroma was on the light side, grassy, grainy, malts but really mellow. Flavor of cereal grains, some grassiness, citrus, some hop bitterness followed by Cheerios. Nice Helles.

Light grainy hop aroma, weak malts. Golden yellow clear with thin white lacing head. Light bodied with light medium carbonation. Starts with good hops, light acidity. Good malt balance, grains. Overall watery. Light hop finish and muted bitter finish.

Sweet malt nose, light gold, low head. Honey taste is ruined by buttery undertones. Faint hop bitterness. Creamy, round mouth feel. Not as balanced as a I would have liked but decent.
