Draft->juice glass (tasting@brewery): Pours a spare white head that exhibits good lacing atop a clear light yellow body with are honey and citrus aromas. The flavor’s duration is average and is lightly acidic and bitter with some vinegar-ness. The body is light, the texture is thin, and the finish is astringent. A very clean beer, which helped me give the overall a slightly higher score.

Biscuity, light notes of honey, some yeast, not bad....clean and somewhat citrusy. Needs a bit more work (more yeast particularlly) but not bad, not bad at all.

Pale pee color and thin white head. Slightly acidic raspberry aroma. Taste is biscuity, thin, and not much else... very macro.

the aroma is full of wheat and vomit. The flavor is very light and wheaty like cereal.

Tried it a few times, never all that impressed. Golden color with a light wheaty-sweet aroma. Flavor is a bit wheaty with some light honey plus some cheap malt. Could be much better, but the macro-drinking friends I bring along love it.

Of all the Triumph beers, this is my least favorite. A bit pedestrian. Not a lot going on here. Try the wee heavy or the Amber.

Sample at the Princeton location: Pours a pale yellow-gold color with a thin white head that fizzes away quickly. Spotty lacing. Mild honey and malt in the nose. Light clean body with malt, honey and wheat flavors. The finish is wehaty and malty with a lingering honey aftertaste. Average overall.
