Sample at the Princeton location: Pours a pale yellow-gold color with a thin white head that fizzes away quickly. Spotty lacing. Mild honey and malt in the nose. Light clean body with malt, honey and wheat flavors. The finish is wehaty and malty with a lingering honey aftertaste. Average overall.

GABF ’07. Pours sparkling yellow with a small, fizzy, white head, lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, grain), light hops (grass), average yeast (barnyard) with notes of butter and honey. Light bodied, thin texture, soft carbonation, and a metallic finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Draft: pours is golden colored, slightly sweet aroma, not a ton of flavor. Not very impressive.

Clear yellow. Soft floral and cakey nose with light acidity. Medium body, some acidity, but overall its biscuity. Tea biscuit light sweetness. Slight hominy starchy qualities - but no corn. If that makes sense. No discernable honey yuckiness.

Draft, at Philly location 9/1/07. Poured Pale golden with minimal white head. Sweet honey aroma, with some malt in the background. Flavor was wheat, malt and grain at first, and finished with sweet honey accents. Nothing groundbreaking, but fairly refreshing.

Tap @ Triumph Philly. Poured a clear amber color with a creamy off-white head. There was a touch of honey in the aroma. Very easy drinking. Mild wheaty citrus on the finish with some honey mixed in. Not a bad beer.

Princeton. Straw color. Aroma is lightly wheaty, grainy, with notes of honey. Taste is a nice balance of wheat, grainy sweetness, and honey. Light bodied and well crafted. This one is for the masses.
