Wheat is present in loose grain form, melting into the minty honey adequately. It’s a honey wheat, and nothing more. But it’s well-brewed.
The Festivities: Fruity and minty honey sweetness finishes almost syrupy. It is accordingly inhabited by wheat cereal, which works well with the honey and malt. But I still do not have a taste for honey wheats.
Transcendence: I hate getting up too early in the morning. beerbuzzmontreal (2935), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Good flavor of wheat and honey, no I’m serious it’s good. The body has a medium to full thickness, a creamy texture and strong carbonation. Probably THE best honey wheat out there. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 11, 2005 Clear golden pour, the head is white and smallish. Ripening honey character stays diplomatic in the nose, but becomes quite dynamic and filling in mouth, offering a jolly support to the distinctive wheatiness. Herbal, focused and almost smoky rendition. Medium bodied, softly carbonated. Eh.. what can I say, it is flawlessly executed. TomDecapolis (3221), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA
