Draft, at Philly location 9/1/07. Poured golden amber with a moderate sized white head. Aroma was fairly faint, but i picked up primarily crisp, citric hops with grain in the background. Nice balance between caramel malt, earthy grain, and crisp citric hop flavors. Really nice beer.

I really dug this. Yellow/gold color and a 2 inch head. Light body but a huge saaz hoppiness in the aroma and flavor. Very refreshing, crisp, and flavorful. Reminded me a lot of germany. My draft was totally transparent though.

Hazy golden color with a medium bubbly head. Somewhat pils-ish aroma with lots of fresh grains. Taste is grainy and raw - almost farmhouse like in nature. Nice brew.

@New Hope–on tap-pours a foamy off white head that laces and cloudy yellow/gold color. Aroma is nice skunky, citrus-lime, grassy, grain. Taste is nice skunky, citrus-lime, grassy, grain, a bit musty, smokey. Ok/mild carbonation. This is the first beer Brendan’s been the lead brewer on with Triumph, under Head brewer Patrick.

Updated scores from pint at Philly. Multiple samples on tap at KSBF 06. Pours a slight chill or yeast haze, deep gold with a nice fluffy lasting pure white head with kickass lacing. Aroma is toasty and bready fresh pils malts, and a light earthy spicy hop note. Great full doughy flavor yet remains crisp and easy drinking- fresh pils malts- doughy and almost like a marshmallow sweetness- nice biting spicy noble hip flavor and bitterness. Clean and refreshing.
