Light body but a huge saaz hoppiness in the aroma and flavor. Very refreshing, crisp, and flavorful. Reminded me a lot of germany. My draft was totally transparent though. Pours a slight chill or yeast haze, deep gold with a nice fluffy lasting pure white head with kickass lacing. Aroma is toasty and bready fresh pils malts, and a light earthy spicy hop note. Great full doughy flavor yet remains crisp and easy drinking- fresh pils malts- doughy and almost like a marshmallow sweetness- nice biting spicy noble hip flavor and bitterness.
