Hand bottled by Dickinsonbeer. Pours a deep copper with an off white film of head. Nice lightly spicy Vienna malt nose with notes of fresh bread crust and a touch of underlying anise? Creamy body, with a firm clean malt flavor. Crackery Vienna malt presence with a touch of bread character. It stays nice and dry throughout with a smooth and dry finish as well. This is an awesome German-style session.

Handbottle shared by Paul. Nice pour, golden, decent head. Very very toasty aroma, a touch of wheat and veggies, nutty. Lots more toastiness in the flavor, sweet and veggies and great German malts. A very solid Vienna, dead on style.

Light brownish gold color with aromas of toast and light caramel. The flavor has a nice vanilla and green hoppiness. Nice crispness and mellow, tasty roastiness. Good shit.

Draft at New Hope location. No Sir I didn’t really care for this one. Poured a clear orange/amber with a small white head. Aroma is very grainy with some sweetness from amber malts. Thinner body with overly aggressive carbonation. Flavor reminds me of stale bread. Oh well I guess they all can’t be Oatmeal Cookie Stouts.

Brown color with a slightly sweet and grainy aroma. Flavor is a bit fruity with cereal and medium colored wheat bread throughout. Not bad.

Tap at Philly location. Aroma quite fruity with peaches, berries, lemon yogurt. Flavor starts with these fruits and moves to a grapey, malty, toasty, caramel-y feel. Finish is at first a touch astringent, but then becomes quite sweet, too sweet in my opinion. An interesting effort at a Vienna with all the unusual fruity notes, but at the end of the day, the sweetness pulled it down for me. Looks like this was much better a couple years ago.

On tap at the brewpub in Philadelphia. Pours a clear light brown with a thick light tan head. Aroma is quite fruity with raspberry, strawberry and light malts. Flavor is rather astringent. There is a general sweetness, apple and melon notes, but the flavors are muffled. Sweet for a vienna. Pretty decent but on the sweet/astringent side. 8/4/6/3/14 (3.5/5)

Heavy malt flavor. Moderately hoppy, and purfumed with a lime scent. Sweat scented yeat flavors, barnyard, dust, cheese and mold - not attractive aromas really. Smoke flavor throughout. Solvent tinge, sour milk, and skunk. This may be by design, but not entirely enjoyable. medium orange red body with a small fully diminishing off white head. Fair lacing, and clear, flat body Lightly acidic, bitter, and sweet and sour. Finish is average. Not the best from Triumph - off, sour, and interesting, but not very delicious.
