A hazy yellow beer with a small head. The aroma is powerful of coriander. The flavor is dry hoppy with notes of coriander. An OK Witbier.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy pilsener golden with a tall and frothy - but collapsing - head. Aroma of citrus, coriander and yeast. Very soft, almost creamy mouthfeel. Light-bodied with fruity esters and marked notes of citrus and coriander. A very lovely and unusually strong Belgian wit. 111105

33 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow golden with a huge crispy white head. Aroma is citric, yeasty, spicy (coriander). Soft and round mouthfeel. Flavour is soft sweet and tart coriander, this is candy on a bottle without being cloyingly sweet.

Bottled. Cloudy yellow. Aroma of coriander and wheat. Dry, clean and fruity. Beefed up and full bodied for a wit, resulting in a more flavourful but less refreshing beer.

Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Hazy yellow color with a large frothy good lacing mostly lasting white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy yeasty, orange, coriander, light bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, nice balance. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. ;o))

Bottled. Hazy yellowish orange colour, with small white head. Banana and wheat in aroma, which is quite sweet for being a witbier. Some fruits in flavour, along with yeast and some dry acidic notes. A bit papery feeling to it.
