The aroma was that of citrus and malt. The flavor was that of citrus, banana’s, and a small amount of hops. A very drinkable beer, especially in the summer. Zinister (1206), Houston, Texas, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 28, 2008 aroma a bit funky- kind of feet like- munster cheese almost. I mean, I like Munster, just not in my beer. I did not care for the aroma here, but the flavor was nice. Not just your typical bannana/clove explosion found in the hefe’s. Decent, but not a repurchase. WeeHeavySD (3000), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA

Pours yellow with a nice 1 finger tan head. The nose is fantastic, its fresh and wheaty and pretty damn nice overall. Taste is light wheaty with a hint of citrus and a bit of pepper. This a pretty damn nice wheat beer. Homebrewerguy (284), Oil City, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 1, 2008 A nice wheat beer, faithful to the old- country style of brewing, very balanced in flavor with neither the hoppiness nor the spicyness ever coming to the forefront. Certainly, a beer made for when you want a lot! franksnbeans (265), Columbus, Maryland, USA

Smells of light clove, some wheat malt and a hint of citrus. Taste is as it smells, a little more full with some banana and spicy. Very light in the mouth with some tasty flavors. Good carbonation and the ultimate in drinkability. I could service this beverage all day on a hot day, very refreshing, crisp and light.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 11, 2007 Bottle: Cloudy golden hue with a fizzy lasting head and spotty lace. The aroma has notes of banana, clove, lemony, bubblegum esters, wheat and herbal vapours. The taste starts with twangy fruit and clove spice with a wheaty base. The mouth feel is sprite and refreshing. A drinkable hefe but short on complexity.
