Sep 6, 2006 One of the worse beers ever!!! very chalky with a terrible after taste. the rest of troegs varity pack is good, but this one is hard to drink.

Sep 4, 2006 9/2//06 - Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Sour notes accompany clove, wheat and banana. It is quite sweet and has a nice dry fruit finish.

Sep 3, 2006 Pours hazy gold with about one finger head that disappears quickly. Aroma is bubblegum but lacking the potent banana ester i hoped. Flavor is much of the same but still quite good. I’ve had some pretty awesome american german hefeweizens and this falls somewhere inbetween. Though those are usually straight out of the tape from their brewery, this one is bottled and almost as good.

Sep 1, 2006 pours a hazy, pale with a small, fading, white head. The aroma is banana, clove and bubblegum with some bready malts. The flavor is lightly tart, with cloves, bananas and pears. The mouthfeel is lively with a spicey bite at the end. Nice hefe.

Aug 31, 2006 Pours golden and hazy just like a good unfiltered hefe should. I love the snap and spiciness thatthis offering carries with it. Like it with a lemon but it has, plenty of zestiness on its own. thumbs up in a world of too many bland wheat beers.

Aug 24, 2006 Updated: Mar 2, 2007Bottle. Lightly hazy soft yellow colored body with a thin white head. Sweet and fruity lemon and light yeast up front and across the middle of the tongue, finishing crisp and on the tart side just slightly. Wheat, lemon and hay flavors abound in this one, and it’s properly light and very refreshing, though not exactly complex, it’s still delicious.

Aug 21, 2006 Pours bright yellow and cloudy with a mostly receding white head. Aroma is sweet and yeasty with notes of wheat and honey. Taste is sweet, fruity, citric with banana, and a firm backing of wheat. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with lush, lively carbonation. Refreshing and well carbonated.
