Commercial Description:
Long toasty days, cool breezy nights and a splash of magic provide the inspiration for the Troegs brothers’ dreamiest Single Batch creation—Dreamweaver Wheat. Combining four wheat types with Munich and Pils malts, noble Saaz hops, and a yeast strain that imparts a spicy, peppery, clove taste with a slight hint of bananas, Dreamweaver Wheat is an unfiltered blast of spicy, mouthwatering joy.

Pours a hazy blonde color with a thin white head. Good aroma and flavor of bananas and bubble-gum. The yeast and esters are present and enjoyable. The mouthfeel is very smooth and comfy. This is a pretty good hefeweizen.

12 oz. brown, longneck bottle. No freshness date seen, but it’s a 2006 batch. Poured out a hazy yellow color, with a thin, white, soapy head. Minimal lacing effect in the glass. Aromas are of German yeast funk right off the bat. Strong yeast aromas, followed by slight citrus notes, & typical Pils malt smell. Flavors are of cloves, black pepper bites the tongue, some citrus notes also. Spicy hops bite at the end. Medium mouthfeel, rich body though. Finishes peppery & lively.

A little richer than many hefeweizens and the palate reflects this by seeming a bit thicker. The flavors were pretty tightly wound which made it pleasant to drink, but not terribly memorable.

Thanks to DocLock! Pure cloudy light straw color with a modest, yet stable off white head. Citric aromas, with only a touch of cloves and ripe bananas. Some light sweet wheat comes out as it warms and picks the scent up a notch. The palate is nearly perfect. A near oddity with a a touch too much silk and not enough effervescence. Light milk caramel with bananas and cream. Nearly to heavy and filling, but a very balanced and flavorful weizen. Light pepper and spice in the finish. This is a fall, "heavier" light weiss type of brew.

Hazy, cloudy dark yellow, with a big fluffy head. Citrusy, maybe even a bit woodsy aroma, with a sweetish wheat edge. Lemony, piney flavor over a nice wheat base. Crisp, hoppy finish. Tasty, refreshing wheat brew here.

Bottled(355ml). -hazy lemon coloured, medium quick disappearing white head. Aroma is wheaty, malty and very fruity (especially clove, banana and lemon). Light acidic finish.
