Commercial Description:
Long toasty days, cool breezy nights and a splash of magic provide the inspiration for the Troegs brothers’ dreamiest Single Batch creation—Dreamweaver Wheat. Combining four wheat types with Munich and Pils malts, noble Saaz hops, and a yeast strain that imparts a spicy, peppery, clove taste with a slight hint of bananas, Dreamweaver Wheat is an unfiltered blast of spicy, mouthwatering joy.

Absolutely solid. A very true representation of the hefeweizen style. Yeasty aroma with banana and clove notes. Tasted of hefe with mild citrus notes. Excellent mouthfeel and a savory finish.

Hazy yellow, medium head. Typical wheat beer aroma, clove, banana, and wheat. Good mouth feel for a wheat, wheat is there, a bit of spice. Pretty decent overall.

Bottle [12oz]. Pours a nice looking hazy yellow-gold with an average size frothy white head. Aroma of banana, wheat, sweet malt and light spices. Flavour of banana, lemon, wheat, spices and some sweetness. Decent bitterness in the finish. Average bodied. A good version of the style.

Poured from a 12oz. bottle into a pint glass The color is a really hazy and dense orange/yellow with a slight white head. The smell is a strong wheat flavor, with some hops and malt flavor. A few hints of orange and lemon. The taste is fruity, a good orange, lemon, and a little grapefruit flavors with some bitterness on the way down. Hints of malt, and hops as well. This beer has a nice finish to it. A nice crisp feel and is really good for a warm summer day.

Bottle 355 ml
Appearance: lightly hazy amber wheat with mid light top for its kind.
Nose: fruity with hint of ripe banana , spicy peppery top. 6+
Flavor/Palate : mid light bodied. Wheat character with slight citric sourness, bready with watery sides. This brew falls apart with its finish which was quiet uneventful . needs further development.

330 ML bottle in the USA, Well not bad for a USA wheat but not real a true Hefe. Lacks the fermentation, head and natural feel but still not bad at all.

Poured a pale orange. Citrus-orange flavor that was somewhat faint. I wished it had been stronger because I liked what I tasted. Refreshing for a hot summer’s day.

Ratebeer, this is not a Hefe...it’s an American Wheat. Just because a brewery makes an unfiltered wheat ale, doesnt’ make it a hefeweizen. too little banana and esters and too peppery and metalic quality. Rather boring.
