May 25, 2009 This beer pours cloudy, opaque, with a small head and deep orange/yellow color. It has a subtle wheat smell. It is absolutely delicious with a sweet wheat flavor and the ending of a hint of bananas, which I could taste before reading the review.

May 24, 2009 Slight hints of spice and banana are in the aroma, the pour is a hazy yellow, with a big fluffy white head. Nice crisp flavor, banana notes are very predominant. Light on the palate, a really good hefeweizen, and a very likely beer for bringing people over to craft beer.

May 21, 2009 Tap at Rattle n Hum. Clove, wheat, and slight citrus. Leans towards the wit bier side of things. Really awesome and very easy to drink.

May 18, 2009 12oz Bottle: Cloudy gold w/ a small white head. Clove, banana & wheat in the aroma. Clove & orange zest right away flavor-wise. Nice & smooth. Light, but not thin. Pretty frickin good & always on the shelf in my area. I can’t believe it took me this long to rate this...

May 5, 2009 Potent wheat flavor, and the a great texture, probably due the the fact that it is unfiltered. This is definitely a great summer beer, and one of the better hefeweizens I’ve had.

May 3, 2009 Cloudy golden yellow color with a fluffy head. Aroma and taste is inviting. Citrus and wheat with a little hops. Drinkable and a nice wheat for me.
