| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | May 25, 2009 This beer pours cloudy, opaque, with a small head and deep orange/yellow color. It has a subtle wheat smell. It is absolutely delicious with a sweet wheat flavor and the ending of a hint of bananas, which I could taste before reading the review. Nephilium (558), Ohio, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 24, 2009 Slight hints of spice and banana are in the aroma, the pour is a hazy yellow, with a big fluffy white head. Nice crisp flavor, banana notes are very predominant. Light on the palate, a really good hefeweizen, and a very likely beer for bringing people over to craft beer. This is definitely a great summer beer, and one of the better hefeweizens I’ve had. yobdoog (1520), Woodridge NY, New York, USA
