Feb 24, 2006 (12oz bottle) Small white head atop a cloudy lemon-yellow body. Aroma is moderately sweet, bubblegum, banana, clove. Taste is medium sweet, clove, some banana, light bubblegum, coriander, lemon, orange peel, spice. Light body with some creaminess and some acidity.

Jun 21, 2005 On tap. Poured a hazy dark golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of bananas, lemons (I asked this one to be served without a lemon wedge), and cloves. Almost a pepperminty aroma as well. Tastes of wheat, cloves, bananas and light citrus. Very good hefe.

Jun 27, 2006 Pale cloudy golden hue covered by a 1cm white head. Rather simplistic malt profile leaves a lot of room for the obvious banana yeastiness, paired by a strong soapy character. Tartish, oily and really dishes water reminiscent in taste. Wheat comes out gently, but it feels greasy through and through. Average carbonation, foamy texture, light bodied. Could be cleaner and more confident in its maltiness.
