Pours amber with a medium lived creamy beige head. Smell is toasted malt with some iced tea notes. Flavor is similar with iced tea and toasty, bready malt and light floral hops to it that provide a nice balance and solid bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Pretty tasty and sessionable. noncaloric (613), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

After it settles down, pours a hazy copper with a dense, active beige head that never fully dies away. Plentiful lace. Pleasant malt aroma with a little peach hard candy in it. Flavor has a solid, slightly sweet malt backbone, with a pleasant fruitiness and a slightly off metallic edge. Very smooth mouthfeel with a lively effervescence in the mouth. I can’t help but wonder if I got an off bottle, but enjoyable nonetheless. cbkschubert (1981), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA

The aroma is a touch of hops atop a solid malt background that produces strong caramel aromas and a touch of fruit. The taste is very strong roasted malt up front, followed by a healthy dose of pine. A bit of sweetness can be detected after a few drinks. webjedi (249), Silver Spring, Maryland, USA

Proper slightly sweet malt and a good bite of hops. I think the EKG is the nice finish on it. (Fresh from Brewery - Growler 11/28/2008)
