Grass clippings and bread hops aroma with some fresh citrus rind. Clear, dark orange amber body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Rich grainy metallic grassy hops flavour. Full body is bitter. Quite tasty, good balance though hints at being old.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 21, 2009 A nice version of a hoppy amber ale and a local that has waited too long for me to try it. This beer comes out with a nice piney hop aroma that fades into citrus hop flavor as you drink. The beer has a nice balance of malt and hop flavor without being overly bitter. jmulv (93), Rensselaer, New York, USA
