Commercial Description:
Tröegs Pale Ale is an American style Pale Ale that is aggressively hopped with Northwest Cascades and balanced with Belgian crystal malts to create a hoppy, copper-colored crisp ale. An excellent example of a classic American Pale Ale.

poured a nice deep amber hue with a nice slightly off white head. Aroma had mostly pine notes and some caramel notes. Avery crisp flavor with a great hop profile. Medium body.

I’m going from memory here, but I had a couple of glasses of this stuff in Gettysburg a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. Very good pale ale, and as good a reason as any to get back to Pennsyvlania soon.

This is a very good Pale Ale. It has a similar flavor to the saranac except the quality is much greater and it has more body to it.

Bottle. Aroma of fairly gentle floral hops, maybe some pine, cracker. Flavor fairly sweet and fruity. Not bad, but not really interesting.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange with a small white head. Aroma of wheat cracker. Flavor a nice balance between fruity, sweet, wheaty malt and flowery hops. I love the wheat base in this pale and the flowery hops complement it so well. Very tasty, one of the best pales I’ve had.

Poured a clear golden yellow. There were some carbonation bubbles visible rising in the glass. The head was tall foamy and an off-white color. There was a nice grassy pine aroma. There was a nice crisp mild hoppy bite initially and it mellowed out nicely. A good easy drinking beer. From a variety 12 pack.
