| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 28, 2008 Clear gold with light white head. Aroma is mild and biscuity and sweet with faint hops.
Clean flavor is lightly sweet and caramely with a decent amount of residual maltiness, and weak-but-there hop presence. Not bad, but thoroughly average. geoalex (12), Frederick, Maryland, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 27, 2008 Pours a clear, golden amber w/ a one finger head. Nice Lacing throughout tasting. Aroma was a citrusy, spicy w/ a malty backgound. Hops are prominent in the taste w/ a citrusy/ grapefruit followed with a malty presence in the background. malts seem to be more present at the end of the tasting. Light to meduim body w/ a sticky, citrusy aftertaste. lightning9191 (82), Christiansburg, Virginia, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 21, 2008 This beer pours a golden color with about a finger of head. It has a hoppy aroma with big hints of Cascades. The flavor is well balanced with the hoppiness making a bold statement that is balanced by some malty notes. The body and carbonation are both medium. This is a really good pale ale and is a good value! bag (103), Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, USA

Very easy to drink. I enjoyed this way more than I thought I would. Good stuff. Butters (1652), Virginia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 16, 2008 Pours a clear gold with minimal off=white head. Smells wonderful floral and fruity hop aroma. Piney hop flavor is well balanced. Tastes sweet. Medium mouthfeel. Pleasant finish. One of the best APA’s i’ve had, even though i’m not a huge fan of the style. pepsican (885), The Student Ghetto, Iowa, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 15, 2008 amber pour with a thin white head. Aroma is hops and malts (whoah!). Flavor has a good citrus hop kick, mainly grapefruit. Malts are kind of weird in this one, and some more earthiness shines through in the hop profile in a not so good way. Finishes mildly bitter. jefcon (1000), Arlington, Virginia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 13, 2008 Medium brown in the glass with a dense whitish head and some lacing. Hoppy aromas with a good amount of malt balance. Surprsingly clear, crisp hop flavor with a good amount of bitterness up front. Drying finish. Pleasant flavor. beerbill (1953), Laurel, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 8, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Most of my beer fridge is still filled with stouts and porters, and with the temperature hovering around 90 degrees today, that’s not what I was looking for. Thankfully, I found this bottle tucked away. Pours a mostly clear light amber with a moderate linen white head that lasted through three quarters of the glass and left partial lace. Pleasant aroma of malt and some pine hops. The flavor is bready malt, with some pine astringency. A little dry at the finish with some mild hops bitterness as well. Very sold APA.
