Sep 24, 2007 12 Oz Bottle. Lightly subdued grapefruit in jelly, wisping of hop vines. Nice tinted gold pour, lightly hazed with a good finger of soapy, fading head. Good lacing. Flavor is a standard, yet well played west coast hop machine, heavy in rich juicy flavor and complex pale fruits. Palate lies a little flat, carbonation a little low. Good sugar profile, but not overly sticky. Well brewed, however standard.

Sep 19, 2007 Thanks Pollack! Medium amber with small head. Very nice mix of floral and citrus aroma hops. Taste is more balanced, but still nicely hopped with just enough bitterness. not too sweet. Love it. This would make for a great every day pale ale.

Sep 1, 2007 Pours aclear amber with a moderate and short lived head. Floral hops float over sweet malt. The flavor might be a little sweet for a long session, but this is a very likable beer.

clwar amber, nice fine cream head, nice lace, floral hop aroma, creamy body, nice thick creamy carmel malt flavor with good sweetness balance by an even hop presence, the malt character is awesome gwowing into some sticky sweet carmel

Aug 30, 2007 Bottle. Pours light amber with a frothy yellowish head. Aroma has pear, pineapple and hops. Taste is malty and lemon, with pervading hops. Slight bitter aftertaste lingers on a bit of a dry palate. Some lacing and medium to light bodied. Quite enjoyable.

Aug 29, 2007 Courtesy of Eaglefan 538. Clear copper pour, medium white head that last with good lacing. Aroma is citrus hops. Flavor is caramel malts, great biscuit maltiness to it, I love the cripsness of that malt. Citrus and floral hops with a touch of pine in the background. Very smooth, low bitterness with lots of hop flavor which is the way to go. Great malty taste, crisp and clean hop profile with all flavor and hardly any bite. I’m slamming this it’s going down great brewing outside in the 90 degree heat. Thanks Brian.

Aug 10, 2007 Light amber color with small head. Hope smell but very little hop or biterness flavor. Very straightforwd. Not bad but a bit plain.
